Judith James has written another winner. The writer who brought me "Broken Wing" and "Libertine's Kiss" has done it yet again. The characters in a James book do not have an easy time...as a matter of fact most of them come to distrust easy. If you like tortured but not cry baby heroes/heroines, get Judith James on your auto-buy list. If you like great dialogue, if you like rich backgrounds and settings if you like lush plots, go, right now, and read a Judith James book.
